Your parcel always receives our full attention!

We ship your parcel with POSTNL, DHL or DPD. Therefore, we can offer you a careful and tidy delivery. If you leave your phone number / e-mail, you can always track your parcel. For shipments to the Wadden Islands, a shipping fee of € 30,- applies.

Returning a purchase?

Do you want to return your purchase? That is, of course, no problem at all. Legally, you have 14 days to return your purchase. Used items CANNOT be returned. This means items that have been assembled and when the car has been started with them.

If you wish to return your product, we kindly ask you to print and complete the form below. When you return a product, we must receive the return form with the items. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass on this depreciation of the product to you. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packed when returned.
